Allenton, Wi – On Friday night, August 18, 2023, from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. the Allenton Picnic will feature a men’s softball tournament at Allenton Veterans Memorial Park, 127 1st Street.
This is a double-elimination tournament that runs through Saturday; a team has to lose two games to be eliminated. Teams will be playing for some great cash prizes.

The teams include: WB Sand and Stone, TN Construction, YG, Sick Evolved, Barely Legal, Qualitek, Sienko First Weber, and Black Sox.
The Qualitek team is traveling to Allenton from the Gurnee, IL area to be a part of the event.
There is NO charge for those that wish to come and watch some exciting ball. There will be great food and beverages to enjoy during the event.
Don’t forget about the Allenton Parade on Sunday, August 20, 2023 starting at 11:30 a.m. at the American Legion Clubhouse, 419 Railroad Street, Allenton, WI.
Six bands have been contracted to appear in the parade – Hartford City Band, West Bend Community Band, Dual County Community Band, Oshkosh VFW Band, 1st Brigade Band, and the Slinger High School Marching Band. The bands will also perform at the post-parade concert in the park.
During the concert, there will be special recognition given to five seasoned veterans with a special presentation recognizing their service to our country and communities.
The Allenton Annual Picnic is the largest fundraiser for the American Legion Post Fohl-Martin #483.
