They were able to get me in quickly and work with my abnormal work schedule. The estimate they gave me was right in line with what the final bill was. Came to Auto Safety Center because of their good reputation with Honda/Acura vehicles. I would come back with with future repairs.

Auto Safety Center provided me with honest, personalized service. They are partners with their customers and make sure that the service performing is the right service. I was told by the dealership that I needed front breaks but when they went to do the work at Auto Safety Center they noticed I had more that 45% of my pads left. Instead of doing the work and charging me, they called to let me know but suggested I replace my tires because they noticed the tread was extremely low. I appreciate they looked out for my best interest and my Safety.

Chris helped me with a tire quote for my Kia. I ended up going with Auto Safety Center because they were priced competitively and I love being able to work with a locally owned and operated business. They took care of my new tires, I got an oil change, and a wheel alignment too, all done the same day. Chris helped me get it all coordinated over the phone since my work schedule makes it nearly impossible to get into the shop while they are open. Overall, great service at a great price. The overall experience was great. I was able to drop off ahead of time and received a call not too late in the morning with their full review and diagnosis. They were thorough and walked me through some of the other quick fixes that could be done to the vehicle. Finally and most important, they were very clear on the timeline of the repair, saying when exactly it would be done, and offering a replacement vehicle for the interim. I appreciated the open communication and the fair prices. I'll definitely return if I need more auto maintenance.

I had a great experience at Auto Safety Center. They were able to get my car in and looked at the same day that I called, which was perfect for me. They gave me a FREE loaner car to use while diagnosing and fixing my car, so that I could still get to and from work without inconveniencing anyone. Chris did amazing at explaining what needed to be done with my car immediately, as well as why each thing was important. There was no pushing to have things done, which you normally see at other places. I never felt rushed to make a decision or that I was an inconvenience - like some places make you feel. They are very personable, which is great! Needless to say, I will go back here for future repairs.
