“I got up for a 5-mile run Friday morning to loosen up the legs and get acclimated,” he said. “Pretty warm day here already. Heading to the expo to check-in and get my bib and race packet.”
The 127th Boston Marathon steps off Monday at 10 a.m. Over 30,000 runners are expected to compete.

“I was doing really well the whole race with a pace time of 6:52 per mile and then it (the time) kept creeping up,” said Dziedzic about his race in 2022.
Dziedzic’s goal is to finish in under 3 hours. His time in 2022 was 3:11.
