The West Bend Plan Commission meets this week to address several building proposals including the addition of a car wash at the Shell gas station on Paradise and the addition of diesel pumps and and canopy island at the Shell gas station on W. Washington Streets.
There will be a public hearing for the consideration of a conditional use permit to add another gasoline pump island at an existing service station, from six fuel stations to eight fuel stations, located at 3100 W. Washington Street. A canopy over the new pump island will also be requested by Shell West owner Patrick Osowski.
Another request will be for Osowski’s station at 815 W. Paradise Drive. Last year the Plan Commission approved the addition of a single-bay car wash. There’s been a couple changes to the architectural building elevations and material changes for the car wash addition.
Finally Trinity Lutheran Church, 725 Elm Street will ask for the consideration of a conditional use
permit to allow a residential use on the ground level floor in the B-5 Neighborhood Office and Service District, at 143 N. 8th Avenue/725 Elm Street.
The Plan Commission gets underway at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 2.
