December 26, 2019 – Hartford, WI – Vicki T. Parker (nee Regan), 64, of Hartford passed away peacefully after battling cancer on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family. She fought a valiant fight and she now rests peacefully in God’s tender care. Vicki was born to parents Frank and Ruth (Brown) on May 27, 1955 in Beloit, WI. She was united in marriage to Orel Parker III on October 6, 1979.
Vicki and Orel shared many happy times together. They shared a love of their Harley rides and entertaining. Vicki truly loved to shop and she enjoyed volunteering at the Washington County Humane Society.
Vicki is survived by her loving husband Orel Parker III; siblings, Mary (John) Kosak, Ruth Riemer, Patricia Krieg, Bill and Tim Regan; mother-in-law, Irene Parker, sisters-in-law, Luanne Parker and Cheryl Parker Gur; brother-in-law, Steve Parker. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Vicki is preceded in death by her parents and father in-law Orel Parker Jr.
Memorial service for Vicki will be held at St. Gabriel Parish, 1200 St. Gabriel Way, Hubertus on Thursday, January 2, at 12 with Rev. Tim Bickel presiding. Family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
