December 24, 2019 – West Bend, WI –Maybelle (Smith) Weiss (March 1, 1922 – December 21, 2019)
Our mother, the most compassionate, loving person we have ever known has passed away.
Wife of Joe, the love of her life.
Mother of Jeanne (Mike Horan), Joel (Pat Koch), Mickey (Warren Piette) and Kim (Steve Ritter).
Grandmother of Terri, Tim, Todd, Tracy, Evan, Lauren, Bryce and Theodore.
Great Grandmother of Caitlin, Kelly, Quinn, Joell and Gibson.
Great-Great Grandmother of Riley Jeanne.
Sister of Ruth, Myrtle, Lillian and Gene.
Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
She remains an inspiration to her family and to everyone she met, as she supported and complimented people on the simplest of accomplishments, and she respected all for who they are. Many of you remember her for something special she may have done for you or in your honor. There are endless stories of how she gave special help and guidance to many relatives and close friends, because her life was about true giving. She always had it in her heart to help, it was her natural course of being. Her life was driven by love, which she passed on to others in her caring way, and made each person she knew feel special.
The family would like to thank both Clifden Court in Franklin, where Maybelle resided, and Kindred Hospice for their loving care.
