December 21, 2019 – Slinger, WI – The Slinger Lady Owls hosted the Cedarburg Lady Bulldogs and scored a 54-42 victory.
Cedarburg took an early lead in the first half and never relinquished it. At the end of the half Cedarburg was in the lead, 23 – 22.
The second half the Lady Owls took control and never looked back.
Leading Slinger was senior Anna Breuer with 21 points and freshman Mallory Hoitink with 13.
Hoitink rallied the Owls with two back-to-back 3-pointers.
Leading the Lady Bulldogs in scoring was Sophomore Clare Diener with 17.
On Friday, December 27, Slinger will participate in the Watertown Invitation where they will take on the Pius Popes.
On Saturday, December 28 the Lady Owls will host the Monroe Cheesemakers for a 2:30 p.m. game.
