November 25, 2019- Jackson, WI- On December 2, Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School’s annual 12 Days of Christmas will commence. The 12 Days of Christmas is a charitable event that works to raise money for three different community families.
KML students, parents, and faculty, local businesses, and other donors raise money to help make Christmas a little easier for families who have been struggling through a difficult time.

Each day, KML students have a different activity so everyone has an opportunity to donate. On December 2, the festivities begin with penny wars and candy cane sales. Starting now, and running until December 4, KML is partnering with Coffeeville Company to sell special holiday blends and donate some of the proceeds to the 12 Days.

On December 5 and 6, KML will be Making Change. This activity involves two seniors holding garbage bags and attempting to catch spare change from parents and students as they drive into the parking lot.
On December 9, KML will be auctioning off it’s students and faculty as servants. Students will have the opportunity to buy a teacher or classmate for a day. Typical benefits of a servant include rides to class, fresh-baked cookies, and forcing your teacher to wear an embarrassing outfit.

On December 11, KML will be auctioning off stockings filled with donations from local businesses. Finally, the 12 Days will conclude with a National Honor Society Bake Sale. All donations will be presented to the families in January of 2020.
