Obituary | Susan C. “Susie” Noegel of Hartford

October 4, 2019 – West Bend, WI –  Susan C. “Susie” Noegel was born June 27, 1956 in Hartford, WI to Jerome and Loretta (nee Krebs) Noegel.

She attended special-ed classes at Slinger until she was 18. Susie worked many years at the Threshold and later attended Senior Day Care. She loved spending time with family and friends. Susie had a real love for animals, especially dogs.

Her hobbies included painting and doing crafts. She entered many items at the Washington County Fair and won many ribbons. Susie was in the Special Olympics and participated in swimming, Bocce Ball and bowling. She was also a member of the Opportunity League. Her favorite thing in life was Bingo.

Susan is survived by her mother; brothers, Michael and Donald (Veronica) Noegel; sister, Kathleen (Robert) Schreffler; nephews, Michael Noegel II, Robert Jr., Scott (fiancée Mary Breuer) and Jason Schreffler, Nicholas, Joseph (Wendy) and Jack Noegel; niece, Kelly Schreffler; great-nephew, Brandon Schreffler; special friend, Jimmy and lifelong best friend Chrissy Lichon.

Susan is preceded in death by her father, sister-in-law Susan M. Noegel, grandparents and other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2019 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr West Bend, WI 53095) with Fr. Richard Stoffel presiding. Gathering of friends and family is at the funeral home on Monday, October 14 from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m.

A special thank you to Cedar Community Health and Hospice and all the other “Angels” especially Nikki Nass, in all the departments at Cedar Community that gave Susie such a happy, full life.
