A Night in Italy at Pilgrim Lutheran Church’s Women’s Banquet | By Megan Himm

May 6, 2019 – Menomonee Falls, WI – Pilgrim Lutheran Church’s Tabitha Society hosted its annual Women’s Banquet. The theme this year was “That’s Amoré” and was seen in the food and decorations. Women walked into Pilgrim’s new gathering space to the sound of classic Italian music. The hanging chandeliers cast a warm glow on the tables as the space was filled with chatter.

Reverend Mike Hintz began the night with a devotion about love and a prayer. The women then enjoyed a nice meal while Quinten Petersen, chairman of the Wisconsin Lutheran High School Fine Arts Department, played a marimba.  Pilgrim's women's banquet

The night concluded with prizes and a brief farewell from Joan Meier, the event organizer. Winners were able to take home the noodle centerpieces, along with a can of spaghetti sauce to go with it.
