April 29, 2019 – Mayville, WI – Prior to Atty. Jeremy Vanderloop’s departure from the firm earlier this month, Madden Law Group, S.C. (formerly Madden Vanderloop, S.C.) announced Atty. Mark Jeranek and Atty. David Streese were both elected shareholders of the firm effective February 1, 2019.

Atty. Jeranek has been with the firm since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2012 and focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury law, criminal law, and civil litigation.  Atty. David Streese graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2012 and joined the firm shortly thereafter.  Atty. Streese heads up the firm’s dynamic estate planning team, and his focus on succession and tax planning makes him extremely valuable in the firm’s real estate and corporate practices as well.

The election of both these lawyers as shareholders in the firm is in recognition of the body of their work over the past seven years adopting the firm’s “Client First” philosophy.  Atty. Patrick Madden, managing shareholder of the firm said, “I am incredibly proud of the professional growth of both Mark and Dave.  Their success is based on hard work, legal skill, and consistently putting the interests of our clients first. These are the foundations of our firm and the reasons for our success.”

In other news, the firm proudly announced the addition of two new attorneys who will be starting this summer.  Atty. Claudia Tabares will be starting with the firm in May and will begin her career mentoring under Attys. Jeranek and Madden in the firm’s full-service litigation department.

Atty. Christina Sumer will be joining the firm in June, and she’ll be mentoring under Atty. Streese to learn his state-of-the-art approach to estate planning and she’ll be working with Atty. Nolan Franti and Atty. Kellen O’Brien in our municipal and real estate practices.

“The firm has been on an exciting growth trajectory for several years and this is the next step,” Madden said. “Our new structure, together with the new technology and management systems the firm recently implemented, put us in the best position to grow while continuing to provide superior representation to our current and future clients.”
