March 6, 2019 – Dodge Co., WI – On Feb. 28, 2019 at 9:47 a.m. the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash on STH 60 near Jefferson Road, in the Township of Rubicon, Dodge County.
Initial investigation shows Tamara Bratten, 25, from Hustisford, was operating a Honda Civic east on STH 60. The Honda began a counter–clockwise spin, traveling over the center roadway line and into the westbound traffic lane.
Calvin Fix, 28, from Waupun, was operating a Dodge Ram pickup truckwest on STH 60 and both vehicles collided in the westbound traffic lane.
Fix suffered minor injuries and was transported to Hartford Hospital. Bratten suffered serious injuries and was transported to Aurora Hospital in Summit.
Nathan Pattee, 22, from Oakfield, was a passenger in the Honda and he suffered life-threatening injuries.
Pattee was flown from the scene by MedFlight to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee but died on March 2, 2019.
The crash continues to be investigated by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and the Dodge County Medical Examiner.
Assisting at the scene were Wisconsin State Patrol, Hartford Fire and EMS, MedFlight, Lebanon EMS, Hustisford First Responders, Neosho Fire Department and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Chaplain.
