Obituary | Dianne M. Wiedmeyer, 72, of Hartford

Feb. 14, 2019 – Hartford, WI – Dianne M. Wiedmeyer, 72, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019 at the Kathy Hospice.

She was born on July 24, 1946 in Hartford to Clarence and Lucille (nee Peters) Schemenaur and was raised in the Town of Addison area. Dianne graduated from Slinger High School Class of 1964. On December 10, 1969, Dianne married Ralph J. Wiedmeyer and began their family. She retired from MPE Company after years of service. Her interests were gardening, camping, watching racing, football, and baseball, going and sharing with her husband Ralph his hobby like the Antique Power Reunion, traveling, but especially loved to spend time with her family, grandkids and her neighbors. Dianne was a member of The Women Moose Auxiliary #1398.

Dianne is survived by her husband Ralph, her children Timothy J. and Wendy (Geoffrey) Greysen, her grandchildren; Jessica L. Erstad, Anna and Kyle Wiedmeyer, Alex Erstad, step-grandchildren Nick and Luke Greysen, her sister Eileen (Norvin) Lehman, brother Joseph (Barbara) Schemenaur, sister-in-law Bernice (the late Gene) Kohl, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Clarence Jr. (Karen) Schemenaur, sister-in-law Theresa (Earl) Hammen and brother-in-law Alvin Wiedmeyer.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 17 at St. Peter Catholic Church (200 E Washington St. Slinger) with Fr. Richard Stoffel presiding. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday, February 17 from 2 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. Final place of rest will be at New St. Peter Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Kraemer Cancer Center, Dr. Gary Herdrich, Easy Living Home Health Care and the staff at Kathy Hospice for all the care they gave to Dianne.
