Gordon “Gordy” Becker, 77, of Kewaskum, found peace on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at The Cottages at Cedar Run, West Bend.
He was born on October 11, 1938 in West Bend to the late Carl and Lilly (nee Donath) Becker. Growing up he attended a one room school in Cheeseville WI. He graduated from West Bend High School in 1956.
Gordy enjoyed deer and turkey hunting, playing Sheepshead, and gardening. But most of all he enjoyed conversations with family and friends, even with strangers, mischief, teasing and laughter with anyone. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Those Gordy leaves behind to cherish his memory include his three nieces, Bev (Jeff) Hansen of Kewaskum, Carol (Jim) Shallman of Lake Oswego OR, and Donna (Troy) Scott of Pomona, IL.; other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Gordy was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Don Ehnert; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
