Kristine A. Walden, 38, of West Bend, passed away after an extended illness on Monday, March 7, 2016.
Kristine was born on June 3, 1977, in West Bend, to her parents Robert and Karen Walden. She graduated from West Bend West High School in 1995 and attended UWWC and graduated with honors from UW- Green Bay with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and Humanistic studies. She worked as a reporter for the Lakeshore Newspaper in both Hartford and West Bend. Kristine will be remembered as a devoted mother with a quick wit and subtle sense of humor. She was a talented writer and photographer.
She is survived by her daughter, Karrin Walden of West Bend; parents, Robert and Karen Walden of West Bend; sister Adrienne (Andy Patrie) Walden; favorite nephew, Simon Patrie of Eau Claire; other relatives and friends.
A private memorial to celebrate her life will be held at a later date for family. You will be loved from infinity and beyond.
