VIDEO | Paying it forward at Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County

Oct. 28, 2018 – Washington Co., WI – A regular Sunday series sponsored by Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County a local organization that connects seniors with caring volunteers.

The volunteers and board members at Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County are extremely appreciative of all the people who have helped over the years.

Tom Hostad of Hartford has enjoyed paying it forward his entire career. Hostad has been with the United Way of Washington County, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County and the Boys & Girls Club.

“I served as a big brother and so many people now a days need a role model,” he said.

Interfaith Cargivers and the H.E.L.P. Center is Hostad’s latest effort at paying it forward.

A new H.E.L.P. Center has opened at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hartford providing gently used medical equipment and resources for seniors in need of assistance.
