Sept. 13, 2018 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend Plan Commission worked hand-in-hand with representatives from Fleet Farm this week to push the development of a new 192,000-square-foot store closer to fruition.
Much of what was addressed during the Tuesday meeting focused on reviewing several development proposals for the 74-acre property on W. Washington Street and CTH Z.
Public hearings were held on zoning changes and more details released on a proposed 7,162-square-foot gas station and convenience store. The proposed gas station would include 18 fuel pumps and 9 islands.
