Obit: Ruth Woock, 84

Ruth V. (formerly Beske) Woock (nee Margelofsky) age 84 years of Waupun, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the Waupun Christian Home in Waupun.

She was born on July 28, 1931 in Ashippun, WI to Paul and Matilda (nee Miller) Margelofsky. Ruth was united in marriage to Wayne Beske on June 13, 1953 at St. Stephen’s Church in Beaver Dam, WI. After Wayne passed away on April 16, 1985, she married Willard Woock on February 14, 1987 at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Burnett, WI

Ruth worked for over 30 years at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital; she was a long time member of Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Burnett and Peace Lutheran Church in Hartford where she served on the mission aid. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, entertaining friends and family, and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving children, Terry (Tori) Beske of Waupun and Cindy (Timothy) Conkey of Hartford; her grandchildren, Tara (Jonathan), Kayla (Joshua), Darin (Libby), Christopher, and Cassandra great grandchildren Benjamin, Abigail, and Terrence. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, her husband’s Wayne and Willard, siblings Irma, Sadie, Gladys, Lavern, Vila, Grace, Raymond, Lester and Harold.

Funeral services for Ruth will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church (1001 Center St. Hartford, WI 53027) with Pastor Aaron Steinbrenner officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday at the Church from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, Beaver Dam, WI.
