April 25, 2018 – Jackson, WI – A 39-year-old Jackson man has been charged with his sixth offense of operating while intoxicated after being arrested shortly after 7 p.m. on Monday, April 23 .
Police were questioning Rob W. Stoffel after he was seen driving with a suspended license, when they noticed he smelled of intoxicants. Stoffel failed field sobriety tests and had a preliminary breath test of .08%; the legal limit after three convictions is .02%.
Stoffel was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
