April 18, 2018 – West Bend, WI – American Construction Services of West Bend, is beginning construction of a Marriott TownePlace Suites. The hotel will be located at 2706 Pontiac Place, Janesville, WI.
American Architectural Group designed the four story, 87 room hotel.
The hotel will be 52,851 square feet and will feature a swimming pool and fitness center.
Construction began March 26 and is anticipated to be completed in April/May 2019.
