March 16, 2018 – Town of Kewaskum, WI – A 63-year-old Town of Addison man died Thursday, March 15, 2018 as a result of a fall while using a ladder at a home in the process of being remodeled. The accident happened in the Town of Kewaskum on Forestview Road.
Authorities were called by the victim’s co-worker who was on scene when the fall happened at 11:33 a.m. Lifesaving efforts were initiated and continued by Kewaskum Rescue, Boltonville First responders, and West Bend Rescue without success.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene by the medical examiner’s office.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office was contacted and investigated the work related death with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) who responded to the scene.
The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin.
