Feb. 3, 2018 – Slinger, WI – The varsity doubleheader between the Slinger Oand Hartford started with the Lady Owls taking on the Lady Orioles.
Fans saw the Lady Owls take early command of the game. Hartford tried a number of times to take the lead but always fell short.
The final score for yet another victory for the Lady Owls was Slinger at 46 Hartand 29.
Anna Breuer continues to be the big gun for Slinger. She finished with 15 points, including a pair of 3-pointers. Maddy Sieczkowski was top scorer for Hartford.
The varsity boys teams from the respective schools took to the court for the nightcap. The first half was a back-and-forth battle however, in the second half Slinger’s Derek Sabin took control scoring 22 point for a 56 to 47 win over the Hartford.
The 16-2 Lady Owls travel to West Bend East on Tuesday, Feb. 6 to face the Suns.
