Oct. 10, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office investigated a head-on collision that occurred in the area of STH 33 and STH 175 on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 7, 2017 at 2:56 p.m.
A 29-year-old Oconomowoc man was west bound on STH 33 when he crossed the centerline and struck a 61-year-old Town of Addison man that was traveling east bound.
Both individuals were transported by emergency medical crews.
The exact cause of the accident remains under investigation.
