Oct. 4, 2017 – Fond du Lac, WI – A 29-year-old Fond du Lac man was killed and three other Fond du Lac residents injured in a traffic accident in Lima , Ohio on Monday.
The Ohio State Patrol says William Samp of Fond du Lac was a passenger in a car that was hit by a regional transit authority bus.
He died in the crash. Twenty-five-year-old Lance Ward was driving the car that went through a stop sign. He and two passengers, Samantha Beck, 25, and Danielle Marquard, 25, were injured.
Marquard suffered life-threatening injuries.
Six passengers on the bus and the bus driver suffered minor injuries. The accident happened on State Route 81 in Ohio.
