Sept. 26, 2017 – West Bend, WI – OWI 7th OFFENSE/PROBATION VIOLATION – N. Main St. at Green Tree Road
On Sept. 25 2017, at 8:59 p.m., a citizen reported observing a driver of a vehicle speeding and driving erratically.
West Bend Officers made contact with the driver, a 46-year-old West Bend male, and noticed signs of intoxication.
The driver failed the standardized field sobriety tests, was arrested for OWI 7th Offense and for violating the conditions of his probation with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
