Sept. 16, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Julia A. Kirchner (nee Nunez) Kirchner, 55, of West Bend found peace on Thursday, September 14, 2017.
She was born on May 17, 1962 to Alfred and Yvonne (nee Butzke) Nunez in Milwaukee. Julia graduated from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in 1980. She worked for many years at Froedtert Health Hartford Clinic in medical records. Family was very important to her. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and grand puppies.
Those Julia leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Michael Kirchner; her parents, Alfred and Yvonne Nunez; two daughters, Heidi (Bradley) Stockhausen and Stacy Kirchner; two grandchildren, Andrew and Austin Guzlecki; a sister, Lori (David) Keon; a brother, David (Mary) Nunez; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Gillespie.
A funeral Service in remembrance of Julia will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 7 p.m. at Good Shepherd Ev. Lutheran Church, 777 Indiana Ave., West Bend.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the church Wednesday from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
A special thank you to St. Joseph’s Hospital staff, Kraemer Cancer Center, Vonnie Nunez, Pinky Kirchner, and Karen and Lyle Ernisse for all the continue support and help throughout Julia’s battle with cancer.
