VIDEO | Property on W. Washington Street is sold.

April 11, 2017 – West Bend, WI – A 1.7-acre parcel on W. Washington Street was sold to West Bend Enterprises, LLC on Monday for $350,000. The buyer is in partnership with the owner of the neighboring Sendik’s property.

Adam Williquette from Anderson Commercial Group and Dave Hazenfield represented the seller, MG Development, LLC in the transaction.

The new owners are going to take down some of the trees in the coming weeks and then create a build-to-suit out lot.

This parcel was the same one brought before the West Bend Plan Commission by PRWB – a local group looking to build a Pizza Ranch in the community.

What’s your thought on a new location for Pizza Ranch in West Bend?

We are not looking for opinions on pizza restaurants – just find a good spot in town.  Yes – we’re hearing a lot about the Ponderosa property but there are other large lots for sale.  How about the old Schaarschmidt Chiropractic on 18th Avenue or the property on E. Washington Street across from the Piggly Wiggly.

  1. Put it on the corner of Decorah and Main by the old Walgreens.Papa Murphy across the street can take his raw pizzas to Slinger….

  2. We need a good sit down pizza place. Yes that eye sore old ponderosa would be great, but so would the 18th ave. Chiropractic space. Keep it out if the mess over near Paradise. We need it over anywhere on Washington St. Or north. With Dick’s gone, there is nothing and I can’t wait for the pizza ranch to come. I don’t think the pizza Hut property would be large enough. Pizza Ranch will be really busy. If you build it, we will come!!!!

  3. The only problem with the current location is available entry & Exit from Washington st. Hankerson’s is tough to get in and out of. If you can have access from the Sendiks side that would be optimal.
    There are a number of other locations around town, but nothing decent on washington st.
    being out to the east side of town would not be optimal for business as the Stockhausen family owns most of the land and they don’t sell cheap enough for businesses to prosper.
    If people want business out that way, they need to have the aforementioned work with city developers to make land available.

  4. Fairly large parcel where the old Bagg End is (N. Main before Barton). Could have a great view from the dining area over Barton Pond
