Sentencing of former WB city administrator postponed until May. Attorney asks for pre-sentence investigation.

Feb. 27, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Another delay in sentencing in connection with the case of former West Bend city administrator T.J. Justice.

Court records show Justice’s attorney Steve Kohn requested his hearing be adjourned on Feb. 21, 2017.  A pair of character letters were also filed in Waukesha County Court. A pre-sentence investigation has also been filed.

The pre-sentence investigation report will be completed by the Probation and Parole Department then a recommendation is expected to be made as to his sentencing.

Justice was scheduled to be sentenced March 2 at 1:30 p.m. by Judge Lloyd Carter.

Justice initially faced two felony charges related to solicitation of a child for prostitution and child enticement. Justice plead guilty to the solicitation charge and the other charge was dropped.

A new sentencing date has been set for May 1 at 1:30 p.m. in Waukesha County Court.

Justice is currently out on bond. He is reportedly living in Ohio.
