Feb. 23, 2017 – West Bend, WI – A grim session Thursday night at Moraine Park Technical College as the Hidden in Plain Sight lecture series, presented by the West Bend Noon Rotary, wrapped up in front of a full auditorium.
Guests watched a 20-minute video of a simulated drug overdose and then a panel, made up of nurses, drug counselors and members of the Heroin Task Force fielded questions about Narcan, patient rights, and laws surrounding drug overdose prevention.
Drug counselor Jessica Geschke delivered one of the most powerful statements of the night when she talked about her thoughts to drug test children.
