Feb. 18, 2017 – West Bend, WI – West Bend East Wrestling has two wrestlers moving on to compete in state, freshman Cayden Henschel and senior Manny Garrison.
Henschel took 1st in the 120-pound weight class by beating Cameron Tonson by fall in 2:53.
Garrison took 2nd in the 138-pound weight class by beating Logan Naker 12-8 with 3 takedowns and two near falls.
East’s Dan Ciriacks beat Max Raymond 10-2 with 3 takedowns and one near fall.
East’s Bryce Henschel beat Jake Budnik by fall in 4:57.
East’s Cody Hughes beat Mateo Ramirez 11-6 with 3 takedowns and two near falls.
Cayden Henschel and Garrison will be wrestling at the State tournament Feb. 23 – Feb. 25 in Madison.
