Kettle Moraine Lutheran downs Plymouth; preps for Friday vs. Ripon. By Jacob Moeller

Feb. 14, 2017 – Jackson, WI – Kettle Moraine Lutheran defeated Plymouth 67-59 on Tuesday night.

KML was without leading scorer Joey Behm but Grant Biesterfeld stepped up to fill the void. The junior could not be stopped, recording 25 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals on the night.

Solomon Zarling added 12 points and 6 rebounds of his own to lead the Chargers to a critical conference victory.

KML is now 5-6 in East Central Conference play, and tied with Berlin for fourth place.

Next on the schedule is a Friday trip to Ripon to play the undefeated Tigers, who are ranked No. 1 in Division 3.

Getting a win won’t be easy, but the Chargers are gaining momentum, and will be ready for the challenge.
