Jan. 31, 2017 – There’s quite a bit of foot traffic at West Bend City Hall today, Jan. 31, as neighbors stop to pay their first property tax installment. The second installment, payable to the Washington County Treasurer, is due July 31. West Bend City Hall will be open until 4:30 p.m.
If you’re visiting City Hall take a look at the new ArtWalk banners now in place. The ArtWalk is an annual event that kicks off in May at the Museum of Wisconsin Art.
Each year the Downtown West Bend Association solicits work from local artists. The hand-painted banners are then displayed in an outdoor gallery on light poles that line Main Street and Sixth Avenue.
This year’s Banner ArtWalk is Saturday, May 13 from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
