Jan. 13, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Pants will be part of the dress code today for Chuck Fellenz and the rest of his team of crossing guards as bitterly cold temps sweep through the community. The National Weather Service said the windchill will be between 5 and 19 degrees below zero as we head to school and work this morning.
