Jan. 1, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Thomas N. “Tom” Jansen of West Bend died unexpectedly on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa at the age of 77 years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017 at 6 p.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Burial will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in Washington County Memorial Park.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. A Knights of Columbus Prayer Service will be at 4 p.m. at the church.
