O’Connor began his career at Horicon Bank in 1998 as Vice President of Agricultural/Business Lender. He is an active member of the Beaver Dam community. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Gathering Source Food Pantry and has previously served on boards for the YMCA of Dodge County, United Way of Dodge County, Beaver Dam Community Hospital and many others.

“Terry has an admirable banking career, but even more than that, he understands the role of a community banker,” said Schwertfeger. “Terry knows that without local businesses,
communities cannot survive or thrive. He works hard to support those businesses through his role as Chief Lending Officer.”

Leaman joined Horicon Bank in 2011 also as a Business Lender bringing with him experience on both the retail and commercial sides of banking. Leaman often says that he takes great pride in working with customers to uncover solutions to the financial challenges that keep them up at night.

“Through building relationships with our customers, we work on a local level to provide the best service possible to each individual and their needs,” said Leaman. “And by being active in our communities as volunteers and professionals, we demonstrate how deeply we care about the places in which we live, work and play.”

Leaman has been recognized for his extensive community commitment by being named
Volunteer of the Year by Envision Greater Fond du Lac, an honorary Paul Harris Fellow by Fond du Lac Noon Rotary and Donald G. Jones Leadership Alumni Award recipient.
“Terry and Steve are integral members of our Horicon Bank leadership team,” said Schwertfeger.

“They truly live out our vision of doing good together with our communities and our customers.”

Horicon Bank is a full-service community bank with 24 locations in 18 communities across Wisconsin.
