Winter weather advisory starts 3 a.m. Monday, December 23 in Washington County, Wi

Washington Co., Wi – The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory starting 3 a.m. Monday, December 23, 2024, until 6 p.m. that evening. The roads will likely be slick as a mix of precipitation is expected.

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations less than one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
