* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highest rates are expected Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening. Lake effect snow showers Friday morning provide an additional chance for higher rates.
