UPDATE | Fatal crash Sunday morning in West Bend, Wi

November 25, 2024 – West Bend, WI -On November 24, 2024 at 9:07 a.m. West Bend, WI, emergency personnel responded to 911 calls regarding a vehicle that had left the roadway in the 300 block of West  Paradise Drive.

Officers responded and found the driver of the vehicle was an 80-year-old Kewaskum man.  There was a moderate amount of damage to the vehicle and the man may have experienced a medical event causing him to leave the roadway.

The final determination into the cause of death will be made by the Washington County Medical Examiner.

The last fatal accident in the city occurred on 08/09/24 when a 71-year-old pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Washington St / Silverbrook Drive.

November 24, 2024 West Bend, WI – West Bend Police will be releasing more details this week regarding a fatal crash Sunday morning, November 24, 2024, in the area of Paradise Drive and Eder Lane.

The crash occurred a block east of Main Street around 9 a.m.

Neighbors said the driver was pulled from his vehicle and CPR was administered.

It is unknown at this time whether the driver suffered a medical condition. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
