Jackson, WI – Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School rolled out the red carpet and did justice to veterans this week as it held its annual Veterans Day Ceremony. Details on the meaning behind folding the U.S. flag were outlined during the event.
Flag etiquette was featured during the ceremony and an education was outlined to guests on the meaning behind the 13 folds of a U.S. flag.

High praise went to band directors Angela Hohenstein and Nate Amundson as students performed pieces including The Star-Spangled Banner, God Bless Our Troops, Armed Forces – The Pride of America, and Taps.
Presentation of the colors was by Staff Sgt. Henry Gumm, American Legion Post 486, Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 448 West Bend Combined American Legion & VFW.
