October 25, 2024 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend West volleyball won its first WIAA Regional match against Menasha. 
The Spartans put their best volleyball on the court winning 25 – 16, 25 – 14, 25 – 12. The team concentrated on strong blocking and good defense. The team needs to continue to work hard and fine tune their skills.

Kylee Altendorf led the team with 15 kills and 11 digs, Emmalee Heniadis had 6 kills with Laila Hertel at 5 kills. Emy Miller covered the back court well with 13 digs and 5 ace serves. Maddie Abel had 25 assists and 3 blocks.
The No. 5 seed WBW travels to No. 4 seed Manitowoc Lincoln on Saturday, October 26 for a 7 p.m. second round WIAA D1 sectional match.
