Customers often referred to the pair as the “Craig and Mike show.”

At Auto Safety Center, 3700 W. Washington Street, in West Bend you will find Panzer at the front counter where he loves interacting with customers, checking them in, and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.  “I really like taking care of the customers, checking them in, and making sure everything’s done properly,” he said.

Behind the scenes Panzer works closely with technicians to assess vehicles, build estimates, and communicate recommendations with honesty and transparency. “We’re here to build relationships with our customers, keeping them informed and ensuring they receive the best service possible,” he said.

One aspect Panzer appreciates about Auto Safety Center is its family-driven atmosphere and commitment to community values. “It’s nice to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers and stands by its promises,” he said, highlighting the Christian principles that guide the company.

With years of experience, Panzer is well aware of the current shift in customer behavior due to rising vehicle prices. He understands why many people are opting to repair their existing vehicle rather than buy new. “People realized they can fix their vehicles multiple times for less than the cost of a new car,” he said.

As we head into October, Panzer is particularly excited about the upcoming tire sale, which offers the best deal ever on all tires and includes free rotations and repairs for flat tires.

“Now is the perfect time to ensure your vehicle is ready for winter,” he said. “You don’t want to find out you need new tires during the first snowfall.”

One of Panzer’s secrets to keeping a vehicle running in top form is routine maintenance. “Regular oil changes are crucial, but don’t forget about other fluids that need to be changed too,” he said. “Additionally, if something seems off, bring it in—catching issues early can save you time and money down the road.”

With his extensive background in customer service and automotive care, Hilzley said Panzer is poised to make a significant impact at Auto Safety Center. His commitment to building relationships and trust with customers reflects the core values of our team.

“Craig is a person you can trust,” he said. “We can trust Craig to do what’s right for our customers, for our company, for their cars.”

As Craig puts it, “There’s no point in just being friendly; it’s about connecting with people and providing genuine support.”
