Nov. 25, 2016 – West Bend, WI – West Bend police are following up on a number of reports of thefts from vehicles.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE 300 Block of South 8th Avenue
On November 24, 2016, at 11:49 a.m., a West Bend woman, 28, reported sometime overnight an unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and a small amount of money was taken.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE 500 Block of Michigan Avenue
On November 24, 2016, at 8:50 a.m., a West Bend woman, 38, reported sometime overnight an unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and a small amount of money was taken.
OWI – 1st OFFENSE 600 Block of Walnut Street
On November 24, 2016, at 1:10 a.m., a west Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for no registration displayed and observed signs that the driver was intoxicated. The West Bend man, 22, failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for 1st Offense OWI.
OWI – 2nd OFFENSE 1200 Block of West Washington Street
On November 24, 2016, at 1:57 a.m., a West Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for driving without headlamps on and observed signs that the driver was intoxicated. The West Bend man, 28, failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .172% in a PBT, and was arrested for 2nd Offense OWI.
