West Bend, WI – It’s festive Fall fun for everyone as Stefanie Ulma of Green Dog Market and Michelle of Artful-Spark launch a community-wide Scarecrow Contest.
Information:
Everyone is welcome to create a scarecrow to be displayed on Main Street in downtown West Bend, Wi during the month of October. Showoff your creativity with a traditional or spooky scarecrow, whimsical or humorous, mischievous or loveable. This is a family-friendly event, so entries deemed too gruesome, bloody, or scary will not be accepted.
Businesses that create their own scarecrow are also welcome.
The public will vote on the top 3 entries and winners will receive a prize.
Scarecrows must be complete and ready to display downtown no later than Saturday, October 5, 2024.
Register at Green Dog Market, 237 N. Main Street, before September 15, 2024.
Completed scarecrows should have the appropriate mounting and or display gear and be sure there are no perishable items as a part of the scarecrow design.
