Special Disabilities Ride Day & Wristband Day for carnival rides at Washington County Fair

Town of Polk, WiWashington County Fair officials would like to extend an invitation to physically challenged individuals to attend the Washington County Fair for a “Special Disabilities Day” on Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 12 noon to 2 p.m.

The invitation entitles all physically challenged people, along with a chaperone, to selected complimentary rides on the midway between 12 noon and 2 p.m. (weather permitting).  This event is sponsored by Rainbow Valley Rides.

There will be a special wristband for midway rides only.  Individuals must purchase a daily admission pass for entrance to the Washington County Fair.

PARKING UPDATE: 

  • There will be 3 shuttles on Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27 starting at 3 p.m.  Leaving from West Bend East H.S., Ashley Home Furniture in Richfield, and Festival Foods in Hartford.
  • New parking lots # 11 (East) and #12 (West) – north of Fair Park Grounds. #11 accessible from Highway P – north Rim Road entrance to Fair Park by the power grid. #12 (West) accessible from PV through the main gate entrance – circle the grounds past the SLA to access that lot.
  • SELF PARKING on Wednesday and Sunday all day. Nose-to-nose parking please
  • Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat PM there will be parking attendants. The public will NOT be able to enter the Fair Park onto Bob Fish Boulevard from County Hwy P. Only access from P will be the North Entrance (Rim Road/Power Grid)
