On Sunday, November 13, 2016, at 3:00 PM, an Aldi’s employee reported that two males had entered store, concealed merchandise, and ran out of the business without paying for the items. The males entered a vehicle and the vehicle left the parking lot.
Responding officers located and stopped the vehicle as it was attempting to leave the area. The driver and passenger admitted that they had stolen items from Aldi’s to sell for money to use to purchase Heroin. A 25 year old Plymouth man and a 24 year old man were arrested for Retail Theft, Possession of a Narcotic Drug, and Possession of Paraphernalia. The stolen items were recovered from the vehicle.

On Sunday, November 13, 2016, at 2:14 AM, officers responded to the 100 block of Park Avenue to investigate a report of a vehicle stopped in traffic and the driver passed out. Responding officers located the vehicle and driver, who was passed out. The officer woke the driver and observed signs that the driver was intoxicated. The 22 year old West Bend man failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .129% in a PBT and was arrested for OWI 1st Offense.
On Sunday, November 13, 2016, at 1:16 AM, a 49-year-old West Bend man had been drinking with friends, one of the friends mistakenly took the man’s cellular telephone, and when the man went to pick it up he was stopped by an officer. The man exhibited signs that he was intoxicated and open intoxicants were observed in the vehicle. The man failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .102% in a PBT and was arrested for OWI 1st Offense and Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle.
On Sunday, November 13, 2016, at 12:26 AM, a West Bend officer stopped a vehicle that was swerving in out of the traffic lane and observed signs that the driver was intoxicated. The 22 year old Slinger man failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .112% and was arrested for OWI 2nd Offense and Operating on a Suspended License.
On Saturday, November 12, 2016, at 5:51 PM, a Community Service Office was directing traffic when nearly struck by a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be intoxicated. The 33 year old West Bend man failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .15% in a PBT and was arrested for OWI 3rd Offense, Failure to Obey Traffic Officer, and Open Intoxicants in Motor Vehicle.
