Hartford, WI – The Hartford Police Department is looking for assistance in the identification of the man pictured below.
He is wanted for questioning regarding a vandalism to vehicle complaint. This incident happened in the N. Johnson St. lot behind Scoop DeVilla.
We understand the photos of the man are not clear, but we are hoping someone either recognizes his jacket, or the large black fluffy dog he has with him.
