It looks like the picture was taken on Old Hwy 41 which now is Hwy 175 at the top of Meaker Hill.
Thanks for the comment Mikey – but sadly you’re way off. This is closer to the old Highway 45 in the city of WB near Main and Vine.
This was owned and operated by a Reinke,first name escapes me,a brother to Lloyd Reinke.
