December 13, 2023 – West Bend, WI -Dean Schwichtenberg passed away unexpectedly in his home during the early morning hours on December 10, 2023 at the age of 63 years.
Dean was born on October 20, 1960 in Oshkosh to the late Helmuth and Donna (nee Ewert) Schwichtenberg. He grew up in the Town of Wayne and graduated from West Bend East High school in 1978 where he also played football.
He went on to attend technical college, and spent may years driving truck cross country. He then went into the recycling business and has done that ever since.

Dean was so proud of his children and never failed to brag about them. Anybody who met him knew that he had the biggest heart despite seeming stubborn sometimes. He especially loved his cats, Mowzer, Peanut and Dodo.
Today Dean is survived by his wife of 27 years, Teresa Schwichtenberg; as well as by his three children: Christopher, Michael and Elaina Schwichtenberg. Dean is also survived by his two brothers, Jim and Scott Schwichtenberg and his beloved sister Jean Schwichtenberg.
