Kettle Moraine Lutheran won its second regional championship in three years with a 4-0 victory over Kohler.
After struggling to finish against Random Lake on Thursday, the Chargers were quick on the board, getting a goal from junior Joseph Raasch 8 minutes in.
The KML forward got his second in the 37th minute, giving the home team a solid 2-0 lead going into the half.
Kohler had a chance to cut the lead in half when it won a penalty, but goalie Joey Behm stopped the shot, keeping the Blue Bombers off of the board.
The Chargers responded from this close call, scoring 2 goals within a minute to earn a 4-0 lead. Sophomore Alec Mueller headed in a cross in the 53rd minute, quickly followed by a penalty kick goal from senior Brandon Prahl.
KML will face Sheboygan County Christian/Sheboygan Area Lutheran on Thursday, hoping to continue its march towards a state championship.
