The old Mad Max/BP gas station in the 1200 block of S. Main Street in West Bend was razed on Thursday. Gas pumps were removed earlier this week and the former Clothes Clinic next door will also be coming down.
Plans include for reconfiguring the lot, replacing the existing canopy and pumps, building a new gas station / convenience store.
In the meantime, across town, the new Kwik Trip is set to open October 27.
